Murphy Style Grill opened its doors in May of 1991 and introduced a unique way of dining out. Large portions, friendly service and great prices. This concept, although not new, is rarely used. From that day forward, we have made a commitment to continuing the concept. The way Murphy Style Grill works best for our customers, is by letting us prepare the food to order and minimize the amount of time that it might take in another restaurant.
"Murphy Style" basically means hot & sweet peppers, potatoes and onions. We then take an entree like our 24 oz. Delmonico Steak for example, and put in on a sizzling platter and load it up with our "Murphy." This can be accomplished by simply saying, "I will have my steak Murphy Style." Any of our entrees can be made "Murphy Style." In addition to our famous 24 oz. steak, we have two center cut port chops, rack of lamb, double-cut prime rib and twin one pound lobsters. On Wednesday & Thursdays, we have duck with a choice of four sauces to select from.
